What is "Bi-Bil-Un-Deok Project"?

The dictionary definition of "Bi-Bil-Un-Deok Project" is "a warm object that takes care of and guides." It means strong support and assistance that helps people in difficult situations to stand up again by relying on and leaning on them.

Onehada has been with the compatriots who returned to Korea on their journey to settle down. We taught names, addresses, and phone numbers in Korean to the elderly who did not know Korean, and became friendly neighbors. We became the family of a Koryoin elderly person who suddenly passed away in an unfamiliar place, helped with the funeral procedures, and held a funeral at sea. We also joined the journey of the separated families of Sakhalin compatriots. We also knocked on the door so that the compatriots who could not receive medical benefits due to limited information could receive appropriate help.

We have come to face the reality that diverse working parents and their children who entered the country with them are worried about the bleak future. We, Onehada, have started researching customized support to help those who are marginalized due to language and cultural differences and lack of information. We want to support them so that they can safely take on new challenges without fear, and become a safe hill where they can get back up even if they fail.

In the future, together with our cooperative organizations, Onehada will join the journey of young people preparing for independence, North Korean defectors, Koryoins and overseas Koreans, foreign students, foreign workers, etc. to dream in Korean society and make those dreams come true.

I hope that this will be a valuable platform that can bring change to their lives. I will always be there to support them so that they can take root and bloom in this land with love and support.
