Onehada Korean Cultural Tour

Onehada Korean Language School, we are running a special program called “Korean Culture Tour” where you can experience Korean culture firsthand. This program was designed so that Onehada Korean Language School students can learn and develop a deeper understanding and affection for Korea by experiencing Korean culture in person. Onehada Korean Culture Tour will continue to work with all those who love and want to learn about Korean culture. We plan to provide a richer experience through various Korean culture experience programs, so we ask for your interest and participation.

The first "Onehada Korean Culture Tour" of Onehada Korean Language School is the Gyeongbokgung Palace Tour. It is a special event designed to allow students to experience Korean traditional culture firsthand. Each student wears a hanbok and visits Gyeongbokgung Palace with their teacher.

The first Korean Cultural Tour was conducted for Sakhalin compatriots and Koryo people, and many of them were wearing Hanbok for the first time, so it was conducted in a very enjoyable atmosphere. A video sketch of the event was produced, which properly captured the clear weather, pretty Hanbok, and beautiful Korean sentiment of Gyeongbokgung Palace covered in autumn leaves during the tour.

The second Korean Cultural Tour was the “Traditional Tea Ceremony Experience” held in Bukchon. The second Korean Cultural Tour was a valuable time to learn and enjoy Korean culture with compatriots from the former Soviet Union. This tour was held at the Bukchon Oriental Culture Museum located in Bukchon Hanok Village, Seoul.

This is a famous place with an observatory that offers a panoramic view of the city along the inner city walls and fortress walls of Seoul, and it boasts a great view overlooking Gyeongbokgung Palace, which was the last tour location. We also had traditional tea in a quiet hanok in Bukchon and took a tour of the beautiful Bukchon hanoks. Through the tea ceremony experience, the students learned about traditional Korean tea ceremonies.

The “Spring Culture Tour” by Onehada Korean Culture Tour, which combines spring flower experiences and aromatherapy classes, was held to welcome spring. This event, which was held for CIS compatriots at Onehada Korean Language School, began at the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail in full bloom. Each team walked along the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail in full bloom with their respective teachers and performed various cute missions, such as “taking pictures under trees with fluttering flowers.” After finishing the morning schedule, the highlight, the medical aroma class, followed at Mapo G Center. This aroma class, led by Edenwork CEO Lee Seo-won, provided a special experience for all participants. They learned about the history and efficacy of aroma while making “Good Night Blending Oil” with various natural aroma oils. In addition, Onehada's "Song of Hanain", which contains a message of overcoming the painful history of our divided people and uniting as one to move toward a hopeful future, was translated into Russian and played for Koryoins and Sakhalin compatriots at this event.
